In the event that a product materially differs in quality and characteristics from your original order (i.e., does not comply with our Substitution Policy) please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange for: (a) a pick-up and re-delivery of the product if available, (b) or re-deliver a product of equal or greater value; (c) store credit; (d) or full refund will be give upon return of the product within seven business days.
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
